  • Experienced in all business levels from conception and financing, to business development, implementation and project management, over a broad range of environments and industries.

Experience

Initiated career with Imperial Oil Ltd., undertaking design and construction supervision of offshore exploration structures in the Beaufort Sea – Canadian Arctic. Further experience with R.J. Brown & Associates Ltd., The Hague, Netherlands, responsible for offshore pipeline design and construction supervision on projects in the North Sea, Arabian Gulf Alaska and Gulf of Mexico. Senior Project Manager and then Owner of Canada Marine Engineering Ltd. Calgary; working in Project Management, Engineering, and Risk and Reliability Assessments, primarily for offshore pipelines and structures in the Beaufort Sea, Grand Banks-Atlantic Ocean, St. Lawrence River, Sea of Okhotsk, Caspian Sea and Brazil. Recently carried out 3 seasons as Senior Ice Observer for Agip KCO in the Caspian Sea and currently undertaking an applied research project on extreme multiyear ice features in the Beaufort and Chukchi Seas.
