Experience
Graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the
University of Calgary with a minor degree in Applied Mathematics;
undergraduate thesis was designing, building and testing a
Current-Integrating Detector for the Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer
used by the Stable Isotopes laboratories of the University of Calgary
Physics Department. Upon completion of degree travelled extensively
throughout Europe for four months before returning to start a Bachelor of
Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Calgary in 2007.
Began working with Canatec in the summer of 2009 as a summer student before
staying on full time. In 2010 will start a Masters of Engineering degree in
Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture at Memorial University in St.
John's, Newfoundland. Has dual Canadian - Norwegian citizenship.
