Canatec works with sea-ice in cold frontier areas,
worldwide. Canatec's services and products
include:
- consulting projects involving sea ice;
- ice management teams for vessel transits, offshore seismic and
drilling operations;
- design and fabrication of beacons for measuring ice drift;
- software for historical analysis of ice conditions and ice drift forecasting;

Our corporate office is located in the technology park on the campus of
the University of Calgary, in a building that provides full security,
confidentiality and state of the art facilities.
